Get Involved

As a networking organisation working across Oxfordshire we want to reach out to and involve as many family carers as possible. There are lots of different ways to be involved with us and the main ones are listed here.

Become an OxFSN Trustee

OxFSN is a charity which has a Board of Trustees who oversee its work. We need Board members to support us as our work increases. We are looking for people who have experience of supporting a person with a learning disability, perhaps a family member or someone they know.

To find out more please contact gail.hanrahan@oxfsn.org.uk or 07891 734 987

Donate

We are always delighted and grateful to be given donations which make an immediate difference to the families we support.

To make a donation please go to our Donations page here.

Thank you very much.

Training and events

We run training sessions and events throughout the year for family carers and health and social care professionals. We usually advertise these on our OxFSN website, Facebook page and on www.ldox.org.

More information about future, current and past events can be found on the our website’s Online Events page and OxFSN Eventbrite page.

Volunteer

We really value volunteers and would love you to join us. Angeli is our volunteer coordinator so please get in touch!

Volunteering for the first time can feel daunting, so read about our volunteers’ experiences and look our FAQs here.

Please contact angeli.vaid@oxsfn.org.uk or 07847 134641
