OxFSN provides information, advice and support to families of children, young people and adults with learning disabilities.
We have a small team of Family Advocates who are all family carers of children or adults with learning disabilities. Each advocate has skills in different areas – and, while none of us claim to ‘know it all’ if we don’t know the answer to your query then we will know someone who probably will and can signpost you in the right direction.
- Provide specific advice via telephone or email.
- Arrange to meet with you face-to-face at our office or at a place convenient for you (following an email or telephone discussion).
- In more complex cases, provide a family advocate for meetings with professionals.
Please see our contact page for details of how to get in touch.
