Care Act workshop
16 September, 2015 @ 10:00 - 14:30
The Care Act and what it means.
People with learning disabilities AND family carers have stronger rights under the Care Act.
Do you know how it might affect you and your son, daughter, brother, sister, husband, wife, cousin, niece, nephew, other relative or friend?
This free session will give you the information and confidence you need to ensure your views are heard, and to get the best support for you and your relative or friend.
This session will take place on
Wednesday 16th September from 10 am to 2.30 pm
At: West Oxford Community Centre, Botley Rd, Oxford, OX2 0BT
